The APM:Rover Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) is an autonomous rover, using the APM or Pixhawk autopilot board, that can run missions following a list of recorded GPS waypoints. The waypoints list can be preloaded with the APM Mission Planner or recorded by the driver (with the CH7 toggle switch) during a manual run and then replayed in a full autonomous mode.
APM:Rover won every rover category it was entered into in the 2013 Sparkfun Autonomous Vehicle Competition!
(APM:Rover was formerly known as ArduRover, but now that it also supports the Pixhawk/PX4 autopilot it is no longer just Arduino-based. Thus the name change.)
APM:Rover navigates waypoints autonomously with APM autopilot and Mission Planner software.
